"Service has went down at this branch. There was a guy there named Matt who was good when I first started my policy few years ago. Performance has declined over time. Too slow in adding and remove vehicles. Lady gave me excuses as to why it takes so long. I want performance not excuses. I have 5+ vehicles and I’ve moved them all over to another insurance provider where you can add and remove vehicles online in minutes. Without having call in and wait 10-15 days."
